摘要
目的:探讨产程早期体位干预对胎膜早破孕妇产程及分娩结局的影响。方法:选取某院2016年1月~2018年1月期间收治的病例数共计106例,随机分为研究组和参照组各53例,参照组行传统抬高臀部卧床休息待产,研究组实施产程早期体位干预,对比分析两组产妇的分娩结局和产程时间。结果:研究组产妇发生新生儿窒息、羊水过少、新生儿肺炎、绒毛膜羊膜感染及剖宫产均低于参照组,组间对比具统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程均低于参照组,组间对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产程早期体位干预能缩短胎膜早破产妇产程,减少剖宫产和不良妊娠结局的发生,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of early postural intervention on the delivery process and outcome of premature rupture of membranes(PROM)pregnant women.Methods:A total of 106 cases in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into the study group(n=53)and the control group(n=53).The control group received traditional bed rest with elevated hips for labor,and the study group carried out postural intervention in the early stage of labor,to compare and analyze the outcome and duration of labor in the two groups.Results:The incident rate of neonatal asphyxia,oligohydramnios,neonatal pneumonia,chorioamniotic membrane infection and cesarean section in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The time of the first,second and third stages of labor in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postural intervention can shorten the delivery process of women with premature rupture of membranes,and reduce the occurrence of cesarean section and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and has high clinical value.
