摘要
酰胺质子转移(Amide Proton Transfer,APT)成像作为一种新型的磁共振成像方法,可以通过水信号变化来检测水中游离原蛋白、多肽酰胺质子和水质子的化学交换特征,从中反映组织中蛋白质和p H的变化。临床近年来已开展如脑肿瘤、多发性硬化、肝性脑病及子宫颈癌等方面的应用研究,是一种无辐射且无损伤的磁共振分子成像新技术。该研究对APT技术原理及其在临床上的应用现状进行综述,并对其在小儿腹部肿瘤应用前景进行展望。
As a new type of magnetic resonance imaging method, amide proton transfer(APT) imaging can detect the chemical exchange characteristics of free proprotein, peptide amide proton and water proton by water signal changes, reflecting the changes of protein and p H in tissues. In recent years, clinical research on brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, hepatic encephalopathy and cervical cancer have been carried out. It is a radiation-free and non-invasive new magnetic resonance molecular imaging technology. This study briefly reviews the principle of APT technology and its clinical application, and prospects its application prospects in children’s abdominal tumors.
