洞庭湖沱江流域农业面源污染调查及防治对策——以南县三仙湖镇为例 被引量:6

Investigation and Control of Agricultural Non-Point Source Pollution in Tuojiang River Basin of Dongting Lake——Take Sanxianhu Town of Nanxian County as an Example

摘要 为了解洞庭湖沱江流域农业面源污染情况,以益阳市南县三仙湖镇中奇村和小洲村等7个村为调研对象,调查分析种植业、水产养殖、畜禽养殖及农村生活污水中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(COD)等农业面源主要污染物排放状况。结果表明:区域内地表径流污染(农村生活污染)排放最为严重,TN、TP和COD排放量分别占排放总量的64.33%、50.07%和76.26%。提出了结合“一控两减三基本”的目标,秉承“源头削减为主、过程拦截和末端治理为辅”的思路,建议通过实施村域地表径流污染治理、水产养殖污染综合治理、农田面源污染综合治理、畜禽养殖污染综合治理等措施解决区域范围内生产生活污水排放导致的严重农业面源污染问题,以促进生态环境改善,推动资源节约型、环境友好型、生态保育型可持续农业发展。 In order to find out the situation of agricultural non-point source pollution in the Tuojiang River basin of the Dongting Lake,and provide an enough basis for regional agricultural non-point source pollution control,we take 7 villages(Zhongqi Village,Xiaozhou Village,etc.)of Sanxianhu Town,Nanxian County,Yiyang City as the research objects,investigate and analyze the main agricultural nonpoint source pollutants TN,TP and COD discharge from planting industry,aquaculture,livestock and poultry breeding and rural living sewage water.The results show that the surface runoff pollution is the most serious in the region,accounting for 64.33% ,50.07% and 76.26% of the total emission respectively.Targeting the goal of“one control,two reduction and three bases”in combination with the idea of“focusing on source reduction supplemented by process interception and the end governance”,we suggest that the serious agricultural non-point source pollution caused by the discharge of production and domestic sewage in the region should be treated by implementing the comprehensive treatment measures for village surface runoff pollution,aquaculture pollution,farmland non-point source pollution,livestock and poultry breeding pollution,so as to promote the improvement of ecological environment and the sustainable development of resources-saving,environment-friendly and ecological conservation agriculture.
