摘要
衡春豆8号(原名衡春9153)是衡阳市农业科学研究所利用蛋白质含量高、籽粒商品性好的地方种20-86作母本,早熟、抗逆性强的地方种99231作父本,进行有性杂交,运用混合法和系谱法选择相结合,经11代选育定型的高蛋白质、高油脂、多抗中熟春大豆新品种。衡春豆8号全生育期101 d,两年区域试验平均产量2748.0 kg/hm^2,比对照湘春豆24增产6.7%,丰产性和稳定性好,在湖南省不同生态地区种植均有较好的适应性;衡春豆8号对大豆花叶病毒病、霜霉病、细菌性斑点病表现高抗,其籽粒蛋白质和油脂总含量63.14%,达国家“双高大豆标准”,2019年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。在栽培技术上,衡春豆8号宜适当密植,一般春播保证基本苗35万株/hm^2,每穴留苗3株,其他栽培管理措施与普通大豆一致。
The new mid-maturing spring soybean(Glycine max)variety Hengchundou 8(originally named Hengchun 9153)bred by Hengyang Institute of Agricultural Sciences is characterized by its high protein content,high oil content and multiple resistance.This new cultivar is obtained from sexual hybridization of the local variety“20-86”with high protein content and good seed commodity as female parent and the local variety“99231”with early maturity and strong resistance as male parent through 11 generations breeding by the combination of mixed method and pedigree method.Hengchundou 8 has a total growth period of 101 d.In the two-year regional test,it averagely yielded 2,748.0 kg/hm^2,6.7% higher than the control Xiangchundou 24,showing a good fertility and stability as well as good adaptability when planted in different ecological areas in Hunan Province.Hengchundou 8 shows high resistances to soybean mosaic virus,downy mildew and bacterial spot disease.Its total content of protein and oil is as high as 63.14%,reaching national“double high soybean standard”.Hengchundou 8 was registered and released by Crop Variety Certification Committee of Hunan Province in 2019.Hengchundou 8 should be properly densely planted.Generally,three seedlings per hole are kept for spring sowing to ensure the basic seedlings of 350,000 plants/hm^2.Other cultivation management measures are consistent with common soybeans.
