多序列磁共振技术在急性脑梗死早期诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:探究急性脑梗死早期诊断中采用多序列磁共振技术的应用效果。方法:随机抽取到我院进行就诊的60例急性脑梗死患者,入选患者患病时间均在48小时内,患者入院就诊时间为2018年8月-2019年9月,对其采用多序列磁共振技术,分析以及处理所得图像。结果:60例患者在患病就诊后DWI可将全部病灶发现,24小时内T2WI不能发现全部病灶,48小时内可将全部病灶发现;病灶直径15mm以下患者MRA脑动脉异常率大于病灶直径15mm以上患者;灶直径15mm以下患者MRA表示血管狭窄程度较为严重;MRS检查梗死区域降低NAA峰均,患者具有一定程度上的倒立Lac峰。结论:多序列磁共振技术在急性脑梗死和超急性期将病灶呈现,同时表示病灶周围出现缺血半暗带,对于患者治疗方案的选择以及预后判断具有重要临床价值。 Objective To explore the application of multisequence magnetic resonance technology in the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected from our hospital for consultation.The patients were selected within 48 hours.The patients were admitted from August 2018 to September 2019.Multisequence magnetic resonance imaging was performed on them.Technology,analysis and processing of the resulting image.Results 60 patients were able to find all the lesions after DWI,and all lesions could not be found by T2WI within 24 hours,and all lesions could be found within 48 hours.The rate of abnormality of MRA cerebral arteries in patients with a lesion diameter of 15 mm or more was greater than 15 mm.Patients;MRA of patients with a diameter of 15 mm or less indicates that the degree of vascular stenosis is more serious;MRS examination of the infarcted area reduces the average NAA peak,and the patient has an inverted Lac peak to a certain extent.Conclusion Multi-sequence magnetic resonance technology presents the lesions in the acute cerebral infarction and ultra-acute phase,and at the same time indicates that the ischemic penumbra around the lesion is of great clinical value for the choice of treatment options and prognosis of patients.
