摘要
选用SMA-13级配,通过添加抑烟除味剂来改善热拌沥青施工环境,研究其对沥青及其混合料性能影响,并评价了抑烟除味剂对于沥青烟的降解效果。结果表明,抑烟除味剂的添加降低了施工、拌和温度并且减少了烟气的排放,同时其沥青及混合料的路用性能均满足热拌沥青混合料相关规范要求。
During the tunnel construction process,due to the closed environment and poor ventilation conditions,under the high temperature conditions,the hazardous gas such as hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide generated by the hot mix asphalt mixture are not easy to disperse,which brings huge challenge to construction workers and construction machines.In view of this problem,this paper selects SMA-13 graduation to improve the construction environment of hot mix asphalt by adding smoke suppressant and deodorant,studies its effect on the performance of asphalt and its mixture,and evaluates the degradation effect.The results show that the addition of smoke suppressant deodorant reduces the construction and mixing temperature and reduces the emission of flue gas.At the same time,the road performance of asphalt and mixture meets the requirements of relevant indexes of hot mix asphalt mixture.
