摘要
凸环穿装结构是一种可靠的定子机座与定子铁心的连接结构。凸环通过大尺寸焊缝连接机座与铁心,保证焊缝质量可靠是确保发电机连接强度与安全、稳定运行的重要前提。通过硬件、软件开发以及焊接工艺试验,研发了一种高质量的凸环自动化焊接技术,可有效降低大尺寸工件焊接的劳动强度,并保证焊缝质量的稳定可靠。
Wear structure of the convex ring is a kind reliable connection means between the stator frame and core.Large-size weld on the convex ring connects the frame and core together,thus,ensuring the weld quality becomes the most important premise for the generator to have satisfactory connection strength and operate safely and stably.Through development of software and hardware as well as welding process tests,a kind of automated welding technology of high quality used in the convex ring is researched and developed,by which the problem of labor strength in the large-size weld processing is reduced while stable and reliable weld quality is guaranteed.
