摘要
采用Maxwell软件对一款由圆铜线绕制更改为扁铜线绕制的电机进行性能分析,通过对主要性能,如齿槽转矩、负载转矩波动、径向磁拉力及效率MAP高效区占比的计算,证明改为扁铜线绕制后的电机满足设计需求,为后续新能源汽车的轻量化和增效提供了新思路。
Maxwell software is applied to perform the analysis on characteristics of the motor,the winding of which originally is made by round-copper-wire,and later,changes to be replaced by flat-copper-wire.The motor with flat-copper-wire windings is proved to meet with its design requirements through calculation on main characteristics,such as cogging torque,variation of load torque,radial magnetic force and high-efficiency proportion in the efficiency map,providing a new thinking method of lightweight and high-efficiency design for the upcoming new-energy resource vehicles.
