摘要 随着社会主义市场经济改革的不断深入,我国金融体系结构的不断完善。但在其发展进程中,也存在着诸多风险,人力资源管理问题作为现代企业的一个通病也存在于商业银行之中。本文针对商业银行在人资管理方面的现状和不足之处进行研究分析,寻找问题的根源所在,并提出人力资源管理结构的改进、薪酬与绩效挂钩、晋升渠道与绩效挂钩、完善员工制度、改善企业文化、加强员工培训、实施精神激励、改进招聘程序等解决措施。希望可以提高商业银行的现代竞争力,走出一条科学健康的发展之路。 With the continuous deepening of the reform of the socialist market economy,China's financial system structure has been continuously improved.However,in its development process,there are also many risks.The problem of human resource management also exists in commercial banks as a common problem of modern enterprises.This article researches and analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of human resources management of commercial banks,finds the root cause of the problem,and proposes solution such as improve the structure of human resources management,link pay to performance,link promotion channels to performance,improve employee systems,improve corporate culture,strengthen employee training,implement spiritual incentives,and improve recruitment procedures.It is hoped that the modern competitiveness of commercial banks can be improved and a scientific and healthy development path can be taken.
