摘要
由于我国的科学技术发展迅速,我国已经逐渐的步入信息化时代。目前,我国的信息技术在飞速的进步,并被广泛的应用在各个行业,其中应用最多的信息技术就是大数据,所以信息化时代也被称作大数据时代。在大数据时代,我国中小企业管理也发生了改变,需要不断进行创新,而人力资源管理作为中小企业管理的重要组成部分,更需要对其进行创新。本文结合中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题,对中小企业人力资源管理的优势以及发展趋势进行探寻,希望为中小企业管理提供一些有价值的参考。
Due to the rapid development of science and technology in China,China has gradually entered the information age.At present,China's information technology is advancing rapidly and is widely used in various industries.The most widely used information technology is big data,so the information age is also called the big data era.In the era of big data,the management of SMEs in China has also changed,and continuous innovation is required.As an important part of SME management,human resources management needs to be innovative.Based on the problems of human resources management in SMEs,this paper explores the advantages and development trends of human resources management in SMEs,hoping to provide some valuable references for SME management.
