摘要
文章提出了一种基于改进熵值法的主客观相结合的效能评估方法,同时结合装备作战试验实例分析了此评估方法在实践中的运用,设计了切实可行的评估方案,为装备作战试验与评估工作的组织实施提供理论基础和方法支撑。
This paper provides a design method of efficiency evaluation based on improved entropy method in which subjective and objective analysis are combined,with an example to be analyzed and explained how to ues the concept,designs practical improvement solutions and provides support methods to weaponry operational test.
