摘要
针对电涡流式传感器的线圈采用铜质漆包线存在温度稳定性差的缺点,本文设计了抗腐蚀性强、温度稳定性好的锰铜合金导线为线圈的电涡流式传感器测量系统,该系统由电涡流式传感器、测量及信号处理电路、FPGA和显示模块组成。验证了温度对该传感器的线圈输出电压的影响为0.01%/10℃,实验结果表明,该传感器系统具有抗腐蚀性强、温度稳定性好的优点。
For the coil of eddy current sensor,the copper enameled wire has the disadvantage of poor temperature stability. In this paper,a eddy current sensor measuring system with strong corrosion resistance and good temperature stability is designed. The eddy current sensor,measurement and signal processing circuit,FPGA and display module. It is verified that the influence of temperature on the coil output voltage of the sensor is 0.01%/10 ℃. The experimental results show that the sensor system has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance and good temperature stability.
