基于智能视频识别技术的作业告警系统 被引量:14

Work warning system based on intelligent video identification technology

摘要 在传统电力作业过程中,由于地理分布及工种特殊性的限制,使施工过程中发生危险事故的风险较高,安全监管难度大。而传统的危险作业告警系统识别率低、误判率高,难以满足对作业危险告警的需要。文中基于智能视频识别技术,研究设计了一种新型的作业告警系统。分别对可穿戴传感器告警系统、监控探测系统的硬件设计与后台处理系统的软件设计进行详细的阐述与分析。实际测试结果表明,与传统的作业告警系统相比,基于智能视频识别技术的作业告警系统收集危险信息能力强、误判率低、警示作用高,具有较强的实用价值。 In traditional electric power operation process,the limitation of geographical distribution and type of work particularity makes the higher risk of dangerous accidents during construction and safety regulation is difficult,and the traditional hazard warning system recognition rate is low,misjudgment rate is high,it is hard to meet the need for operation risk warning.This paper based on intelligent video identification technology,design a new kind of work alarm system.This paper analyzed in detail respectively of wearable sensor alarm system monitoring detection system hardware design and software design of the background processing system and the actual test results show that compared with the traditional operational warning system,the operational warning system based on intelligent video identification technology has a strong ability to collect dangerous information,a low misjudgment rate and a high warning effect,and has a strong practical value.
