摘要
通过比较法、文献搜索法系统总结构建粤北特色智慧小镇的方略:建设好粤北特色智慧小镇,应重点放在创新力的引导上,河源特色智慧小镇的发展应充分体现产业融合的特点,同时应建立企业为主体的市场化导向的政策激励机制,采用PPP模式推动特色小镇建设的规范化。
Through comparison and literature search,summarize the general plan of building a smart town with northern Guangdong characteristics.Build a smart town with characteristics in northern Guangdong should focus on innovative guide,and think that the development of the town in heyuan characteristic wisdom should fully embody the characteristics of industrial convergence,at the same time,establish enterprises as the leading role of the market-oriented policy incentive mechanism,adopt the PPP mode promote the normalization of characteristic town construction.
