密花香薷多糖提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:11

Optimization the Extraction Process and Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharide from Elsholtzia Densa Benth

摘要 目的:使用响应面法优化密花香薷多糖的提取工艺,并研究其抗氧化活性。方法:以液料比、提取时间、提取温度三项为影响因素,多糖的提取率为评估指标,在单因素试验的基础上结合响应面法优化密花香薷多糖的提取工艺,并采用ABTS、DPPH法评定其抗氧化活性。结果:最优提取工艺为液料比29:1、提取时间58 min、提取温度63 ℃,此时的提取率为1.88%。密花香薷多糖对ABTS、DPPH自由基清除能力分别为77.49%、69.75%。结论:该提取方法简单可靠,具有很好的实践意义,且提取的多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性。 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from Elsholtzia densa Benth by response surface methodology,and to explore its antioxidant activity.Methods:With liquid-solid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature as influencing factors,Elsholtzia densa Benth polysaccharides yield as an evaluation index,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor test.The antioxidant activity were determined by ABTS and DPPH methods.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 29 mL/mg,extraction time 58 min,extraction temperature 63 ℃.Under the above conditons,the yield was 1.88%.The ABTS and DPPH free radical scavenging ability of the polysaccharides were 77.49%,69.75%.Conclusion:The optimized extraction conditions were simple and feasible.It has good practical significance and the Elsholtzia densa Benth’s polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity.
