摘要
淋巴管畸形(Lymphatic malformation,LM)是一种先天性脉管畸形,可伴随出血、创伤或感染而迅速增长,对于患儿的外观及功能会造成一定的影响,严重者导致呼吸、吞咽和言语障碍等。目前,对于淋巴管畸形诊断仍存在一定的误诊,同时临床上对于淋巴管畸形的治疗方法多样,并存在一定的争议。现对小儿淋巴管畸形的诊断及治疗进展进行综述。
Lymphatic malformation(LM)is a congenital vascular malformation,which can grow rapidly with bleeding,trauma or infection.It will have certain impact on the appearance and function of children,and even lead to respiratory,swallowing and speech disorders.At present,there are still some misdiagnoses in the diagnosis of lymphangiopathy,and there are various clinical treatment methods for lymphangiopathy.Also there are some disputes.The purpose of the article is to review the diagnosis and treatment of lymphangiopathy in children.
