摘要
随着腹腔镜技术的发展和胆道外科理念的更新,腹腔镜胆总管切开探查取石一期缝合这一术式在临床的运用也越来越广泛,但其安全性及可行性仍存在争议。本文收集最新有关资料,就目前一期缝合的适应证、优缺点、手术分类、并发症及与T管引流的比较等进行综述,以期为临床提供借鉴。
With the development of laparoscopic technology and the renewal of the concept of biliary surgery,1aparoscopic common bile duct exploration with primary suture is more and more widely used in clinic,but its safety and feasibility are still controversial.The latest relevant data was collected to review and summarize the indications,advantages and disadvantages,surgical classification,complications of primary suture and comparison with T-tube drainage,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
