摘要
尿毒症心肌病是指肾衰竭时出现的心肌病变,主要表现为心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化等,继发心功能损伤,最终进展到心力衰竭,治疗极为棘手。近期,研究报道发现运动预适应这一方便可行的生理性刺激,可减轻病理性尿毒症心肌肥厚,其中,氧化应激和生理性AngⅡ反复预刺激可能是运动预适应发挥心肌保护的病理生理学基础,Sirt3可能是保护机制的重要介导因子;同时,两者之间信号通路存在交叉感应,本文将两者之间的关联进行论述。
Uremia cardiomyopathy refers to the occurrence of renal failure cardiomyopathy,mainly manifested as myocardial hypertrophy,myocardial fibrosis,etc.,secondary to cardiac function damage.The final progress to heart failure,treatment is extremely tricky.Recently,studies have found that exercise preconditioning,a convenient and feasible physiological stimulus can reduce pathological uremia myocardial hypertrophy.Among them,oxidative stress and physiological Ang II repeated prestimulation may be the pathophysiological basis for exercise preconditioning to play a role in myocardial protection,and Sirt3 may be an important mediating factor in the protection mechanism.At the same time,there is cross induction between the two signal pathways,and the correlation between them is discussed in this paper.
