摘要
目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间如何做好检验科实验室日常生物安全防护措施。方法:根据新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的微生物学特性和流行病学特点,从标本的采集、标本的处理、检验中、检验后、突发事件等角度分析实验室存在的风险,制定检测时的防护措施以及检测后样本的处理、实验室消毒和新冠标本溢洒事故的处理方法。结果:赣州市COVID-19患者最大的定点医院市第五人民医院检验科实验室严格按照防护措施做好每日生物安全工作,目前未发生医务人员感染事件。结论:实验室生物安全防护措施对防止医务人员感染有良好的预防和控制效果,可以为COVID-19疫情期间检验科实验室做好生物安全防护提供参考作用。
Objective:To discuss the routine biological safety protection measures of the clinical laboratory during the epidemic period of COVID-19.Methods:Based on the microbiological and epidemiological characteristics of SARS-CoV-2,analyze the risks in the laboratory from the perspective of specimen collection,specimen processing(including pre-test,during test,post-test),and emergencies,obtained the protective measures during the test,the method of processing the tested specimen and the items that may be contaminated by the specimen,and the method of laboratory disinfection.Results:Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital,as the designated hospital with the largest number of patients with COVID-19 in Ganzhou City,the Laboratory of Clinical Laboratory of the hospital had done a good job in routine biological safety work in strict accordance with biological safety protection measures,and there had been no medical personnel infection at present.Conclusions:The laboratory biosafety protection measures described in this article have a good prevention and control effect on preventing medical personnel from infection,and can provide a reference for the laboratory safety during the epidemic period of COVID-19.
