摘要
智慧化和共享化对物流发展起到重要推动作用,但二者协同发展时仍面临诸多困境。在总结智慧物流和共享物流研究成果的基础上,界定“智慧+共享”模式的内涵和特征,分析该模式发展面临的困境,基于信息服务、装卸包装、仓储管理、运输配送等要素分析要素耦合机制,结合动力机制、信息沟通机制、协调联动机制、利益分配机制、风险管理机制等分析“智慧+共享”机理,从而构建物流企业“智慧+共享”模式,并给出实现路径。通过“智慧+共享”模式可达到优势互补和协同共生,从而实现物流企业转型升级。
Intelligentization and sharing play important roles in promoting the development of logistics,however both of them still face many difficulties in the coordinated development.This paper defined the“intelligent+shared”logistics mode connotation and characteristics by summarizing the research results of intelligent logistics and sharing logistics,and analyzed its development dilemma.The elements coupling mechanism was analyzed based on information service,loading and unloading packaging,warehousing management,transportation and distribution.Besides,the mode mechanism was analyzed by combining dynamic mechanism,information communication mechanism,coordination linkage mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism,risk management mechanism,and so on.Thus,this paper constructed the“intelligent+shared”mode for logistics enterprises and gave the implementation path.The result shows that the“intelligent+shared”logistics mode achieves complementary advantages and synergistic symbiosis,so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises.
