摘要
人体微生物组学研究显示肠道细菌与健康关系极为密切。人体肠道丰富多样的细菌构成了肠道细菌组,是人体微生物组数量最多的部分。研究肠道细菌时使用较多的是宏基因组学方法,但技术本身存在“深度偏差”等缺点亟待解决。肠道细菌的培养组学是近年来的一个研究热点,该方法可以在一定程度上减小宏基因组学带来的误差,培养条件的多样化亦可帮助研究者找到目标菌种相对适宜的生长条件,极大提高培养效率等。还综述了近些年国内外人体肠道细菌培养组研究的最新进展,分别从人体肠道细菌的组成特征、肠道细菌培养组学的研究成果,培养组学的不足等方面进行了论述,探讨了肠道细菌的培养组学在人体疾病防治领域应用的可行性。虽然作为一个新兴的研究思路,培养组学还存在很多不够成熟的方面,但不可否认的是它的发展前景十分可观。培养组学和其他研究方法的互补或许会成为下一个研究微生物的突破口。
Human microbiota studies have shown that humans intestinal bacteria are closely related to human health.A variety of bacteria in human intestine constitute enterobacterium,which is the largest part of the human microbiome.Metagenomics,an universal technology(or method)for intestinal microbiome study,has‘depth biases’and other disadvantages,which promotes the development of human intestinal microbial culturomics.The human gut bacteria culturomics is a research hotspot among these years,which can help researchers reduce the biases of metagenomics in some cases.The diversity of cultural conditions could also help us to find which is the relatively suitable one,and promote the efficiency.We reviewed the newly reported progresses in human gut bacteria including the characteristics of the composition of human intestinal bacteria,the study consequences of the intestinal culturomics,and the shortages of this skill.We also discussed the feasibility of the application of intestinal bacteria culture group in disease prevention and treatment.Although as an emerging research idea,there are still many immature aspects in culturomics.It can not be denied that its development prospects are very impressive.The complementarity between culturomics and other research methods may be the next breakthrough in microbes researching.
