摘要
巷道掘进过程中遇到地质断层结构带时,如果不采取合理有效的安全措施,容易出现局部顶板破碎、倾角变化、煤岩层变软局部冒顶现象,甚至出现大面积垮塌事故。这些问题会给巷道掘进带来困难,影响巷道掘进工程的效率。针对此技术难题,本文就某煤矿在掘进巷道过断层,设计运用一种人工假顶这一新工艺,对破碎顶板进行控制,极大地提高了破碎顶板的稳定性,对煤矿安全生产、巷道掘进工程的效率提供了保障。
In the process of roadway excavation, geological fault structure zone is encountered,if reasonable and effective safety measures are not taken, local roof breakage, inclination change, coal and rock seam softening, local roof caving, and even large-scale collapse accidents will occur. It will bring difficulties to roadway excavation and affect the efficiency of roadway excavation project. In view of this technical problem, this paper designs and applies a new artificial roof technology to control the broken roof, which greatly improves the stability of the broken roof,it guarantees the safety of coal mine production and the efficiency of roadway excavation engineering.
