聚醚砜微囊表面接枝聚丙烯酸的制备

摘要 为排除囊膜的迷宫结构对释药效果的影响,使药物快速释放效果明显,以Ce^4+为引发剂,N,N′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在直通道的聚醚砜多孔囊表面接枝了聚丙烯酸开关,并探讨了引发剂的量、单体浓度和交联剂的量对聚醚砜微胶囊的接枝聚丙烯酸量(接枝率)的影响.结果表明:通过红外、溶蚀实验、SEM及接枝率分析,证实了聚丙烯酸成功地接枝在直通状的聚醚砜囊表面,在合适的条件下,接枝率高达29.3%,为聚醚砜囊的高接枝率和新型给药系统的构建提供了一定的数据参考. In order to exclude the effect of the labyrinthine structure of membranes on the delivery of drug and enhance the effect of rapid drug release,poly(acrylic acid)(PAAC)was grafted on the surfaces of porous polyethersulfone(PES)microcapsule membranes with straight-across pores.The grafted microcapsules(PES-g-PAAC)were prepared by using Ce4+as an initiator and N,N′methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent.The effects of the amount of the initiator,the monomer and the crosslinking agent on grafting rate were investigated.The results showed that PAAC was successfully grafted on the surface of the PES microcapsules,as evidenced by FTIR,erosion experiment,SEM and grafting rate analysis.The grafting rate of PES-g-PAAC microcapsules reached 29.3%under appropriate condition,which may serve as a reference for the preparation of high grafting rate PES and construction of new drug delivery system.
