摘要
多孔陶瓷因其优异的化学性能和力学性能,广泛应用于环境保护、食品加工、生物医药和化学工业等领域。笔者简要介绍了多孔陶瓷各种制备方法的优缺点,分析了影响多孔陶瓷气孔率、强度和抗热震性的因素。一般来说,气孔孔径和气孔率的增大会降低多孔陶瓷的弯曲强度和抗压强度,而适中的气孔率可以确保陶瓷材料较好的抗热震性。
Porous ceramics are widely used in many areas,such as environmental protection,food processing,biomedicine and chemical industry,because of its excellent chemical properties and medical properties.This paper briefly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of various preparing methods and analyses the factors that influences the porosity,strength and shock resistance of porous ceramics.Generally,the increase of pore diameter and porosity reduces the flexural strength and compressive strength.While the moderate porosity can ensure the better shock resistance of ceramic materials.
