摘要
目的:探讨放射CT诊断在肺段隔离症患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年9月本院肺段隔离症疑似病例208例,应用双色球法分组为对照组与研究组,每组104例。对照组应用X线平片诊断,研究组应用放射CT诊断,两组均以手术病理或动脉造影检查结果为金标准,比较诊断结果并分析诊断价值,比较两组阳性预测值、阴性预测值、特异度及敏感度。结果:对照组阳性86例,阴性18例;金标准结果显示,阳性84例,阴性20例。研究组阳性96例,阴性8例;金标准结果显示,阳性95例,阴性9例。研究组阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感度及特异度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:放射CT对肺段隔离症诊断价值较高,具有较高的敏感度及特异度,可考虑临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the value of radiographic CT diagnosis in patients with pulmonary segment sequestration.Method:A total of 208 suspected cases of pulmonary segment sequestration in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by the double chromosphere method,with 104 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by X-ray plain film technology,while the study group was diagnosed by radiographic CT technology.The results of surgical pathology or arteriography were used as the gold standard in both group to compare the diagnosis results and analyze the diagnostic value.The positive predictive value,negative predictive value,specificity and sensitivity of the two groups were compared.Result:In the control group,86 cases were positive and 18 cases were negative.The results of gold standard showed 84 cases were positive and 20 cases were negative.There were 96 positive cases and 8 negative cases in the study group.The results of gold standard showed 95 positive cases and 9 negative cases.The positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity and specificity in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiographic CT is of high diagnostic value for pulmonary segment sequestration,with high sensitivity and specificity,which can be considered for clinical application.
