摘要
为解决传统线激光扫描方法精度低、时间消耗大、成本高等问题,提出一种单目和双目结合的线结构光扫描方法。在双目系统中,用投影仪投射单位像素宽度的移动光条到柱状纸筒表面,采用加权重心法提取左右图像的光条中心并进行匹配,根据匹配结果,采用双目视差原理,恢复光条中心的三维点坐标,采用迭代的特征值法对所获取的三维点进行拟合,得到光平面方程。在单目系统中,依据透视投影几何原理,求解相机透镜中心和结构光中心在像平面上映射点的连线与光平面方程的交点,该点即为所求的三维点坐标。实验结果表明,该方法能够在满足精度要求的同时,提高扫描速度。
To solve the problems of low accuracy,high time consumption and high cost of traditional laser scanning method,a scanning method combining monocular and binocular was proposed.In binocular system,a projector was used to project moving light stripe to the surface of a columnar paper tube,and the width of the stripe was one pixel.The weighted barycenter method was used to extract the centric line of stripe,and image matching was performed.According to the image matching results,the binocular parallax principle was used to restore the three-dimensional coordinates of the center of structured light stripe,and the iterative eigenvalue method was used to fit the plane.In monocular system,based on the principle of projective geometry,the intersection of a line and a plane was calculated,the line was formed by the center of a convex lens and the projection point of the center of structured light in the image,the three-dimensional coordinates of the object surface were obtained.Experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the scanning speed while satisfying the precision requirement.
