摘要
阀门不仅用于开闭管路、控制流向、调节输送介质的参数,而且在着火时可以及时切断流路,避免可燃性流体流向主要设备,因此阀门的防火性能应该被重视。介绍了阀门防火的相关标准,从阀体的密封、阀体及执行机构的防火三方面,详述了阀门的防火措施。并以合成氨装置为例,说明了阀门防火的设计方案,希望能够引起对阀门防火问题的重视。
Valve is not only used to turn on/off the pipeline,control the flow direction,adjust the parameters of conveying medium,but also can cut off the flow path in time to avoid the combustible fluid flowing to the main equipment when fire occurs.The fireproof performance of the valve should be stressed.The relative standards of fireproof valve are introduced.The countermeasures of fireproof are discussed in detail from three aspects of seal of valve body,valve body and actuator.The design scheme is expounded with the synthesized ammonia installation as example.The problems of fireproof valve should be attracted attention.
