加热炉是常减压装置中提供热源并涉及安全生产的核心设备,为防止和降低其过程风险,从加热炉的子系统构成入手,详细分析了各子系统的安全仪表功能。以某炼油厂常压炉安全仪表功能的SIL等级为例,根据IEC 61508,ISA-TR84.00.02的计算方法及相关规定,详细介绍了实现加热炉各安全仪表功能的仪表、控制阀及逻辑控制器的设置方案。
Heating furnace is the core device of atmospheric and vacuum unit to provide heat, and is also the key device for safe production. For preventing and lowering the process risk, safety instrumented functions of the heating furnace subsystem are analyzed in detail depended on constitution of the subsystem of the heating furnace. The safety instrumented function for each individual subsystem is discussed in detail. Taking the SIL of safety instrument function of atmospheric furnace of a refinery as an example, according to IEC 61508, ISA-TR84.00.02 calculation method and relevant regulations, the setting scheme of instrument, control valve and logic controller to realize the safety instrumented function of heating furnace is introduced in detail.
