摘要
目的:探究缬沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病对患者肾功能及微炎症反应状态的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年4月本院收治的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组口服缬沙坦胶囊,研究组在对照组基础上联合前列地尔注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后肾功能指标、微炎症相关指标变化情况,并比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr、UAER和BUN水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病,在显著改善肾功能的同时,可以有效降低微炎症相关指标水平,获得理想的治疗效果,值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Valsartan combined with Alprostadil on renal function and microinflammatory response in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral Valsartan Capsules,the study group combined Alprostadil Injection on the basis of the control group.The changes of renal function index and microinflammation related index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein ration,Scr,UAER and BUN levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-18 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 91.67%,significantly higher than 71.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve renal function and effectively reduce the level of microinflammatory indicators,achieving ideal therapeutic effect,which is worthy popularizing.
