摘要
目的分析卵巢囊肿应用腹腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年7月江苏省沭阳县中心医院收治的患有卵巢囊肿的患者30例,根据抽签法将患者分为实验组和对照组,各15例。比较两组患者手术结果。结果实验组对比对照组(术中出血量、住院时间、肛门排气时间)、术后病率均更加理想,但实验组住院总费用明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果较为理想,可明显改善患者临床症状。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods From January 2016 to July 2019,30 patients with ovarian cysts were selected from Shuyang County Central Hospital of Jiangsu Province.According to the method of drawing lots,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 15 cases each.The operation results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group(intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stay,anal exhaust time)and the postoperative morbidity rate were better,but the total hospitalization cost of the experimental group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts has ideal clinical effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
