摘要
清水混凝土因其质感及结构造型优美受到建筑师的青睐,自20世纪90年代后在我国得到了迅速发展。但由于其施工工艺发展较晚、施工管理缺少经验,目前国内尚未形成一套统一的施工管理体系。针对以上问题,本文提出了一套符合清水混凝土建筑施工的创新管理新体系-五角控制体系。从人、材、机、创新指导及施工过程五个方面提出各要素的作用及相互关系并结合SWOT系统对该体系各个方面进行了延伸研究。
Fair-faced concrete has been favored by architects because of its texture and structural beauty.It has developed rapidly in China since the 1990s.However,due to the late development of construction technology and lack of experience in construction management,a unified construction management system has not yet been formed in China.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a set of innovative management system for the construction of clear water concrete-the pentagonal control system.From the five aspects of human,material,machine,innovation guidance and construction process,the roles and mutual relations of each element are proposed and the SWOT system is used to extend the research on all aspects of the system.
