摘要
为预测和控制50Mn钢中V元素的析出物,利用Thermo-Calc热力学软件计算了不同V含量50Mn钢的平衡相。结果表明,随V元素含量的增加,50Mn钢相图有向右移动的趋势。V(CN)相析出量及V(CN)相中V元素含量均存在拐点温度600℃。600℃以下,V(CN)相析出量与V元素含量呈反比关系;而超过600℃,V(CN)相析出量与V元素含量呈正比关系。
In order to predict and control the precipitation of V element in 50 Mn steel,the equilibrium phases of 50 Mn steel with different V content were calculated by Thermo-Calc software.The results show that the phase diagram has a tendency to move to the right with the increase of V element content in 50 Mn steel.V(CN)phase precipitation and V content in V(CN)phase both have an inflection point temperature of 600℃.Below 600℃,the precipitation of V(CN)phase is inversely proportion to V element content.When it exceeds 600℃,the precipitation of V(CN)phase is proportional to the V content.
