颅脑超声在早产儿颅内出血疾病的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨颅脑超声在早产儿颅内出血疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法从2018年3月~2019年3月在我院出生的新生儿中抽取100例作为研究对象,所有研究对象疑似有颅内出血,且均接受颅脑超声检查。根据是否早产,将其分为早产组(n=50)、足月组(n=50),比较颅内出血发生率以及检出率。结果早产组的颅内出血率显著高于足月组;早产儿与足月儿在脑室出血、脑实质出血和硬膜下出血上的所占比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);早产儿与足月儿的脑室出血分级结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿颅内出血疾病的临床诊断上,颅脑超声有较高的诊断准确率,早产儿的颅内出血疾病发生率高于足月儿。采用颅脑超声进行检查,可为临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据,但必要情况下仍需要辅以CT检查。 Objective To explore and analyze application effect of craniocerebral ultrasound in diagnosis of premature infants with intracranial hemorrhage disease.Methods 100 neonates who were born in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects.All subjects were suspected of having intracranial hemorrhage and all underwent craniocerebral ultrasonography.According to whether they were born prematurely,they were divided into premature group(n=50)and the full-term group(n=50).The incidence and detection rate of intracranial hemorrhage were compared.Results The incidence of intracranial hemorrhage in the premature group was significantly higher than that in the full-term group.There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of ventricular hemorrhage,cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage and subdural hemorrhage in premature infants and full-term infants(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the classification of ventricular hemorrhage between premature infants and full-term infants(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage disease,craniocerebral ultrasound has a high diagnostic accuracy and the incidence of intracranial hemorrhage disease in premature infants is higher than that in full-term infants.Craniocerebral ultrasound examination can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,but CT examination is still needed when necessary.
