摘要
目的探讨微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防和诊断治疗中的临床价值。方法于我院2016年1月~2018年12月接受检验的中段尿路感染患者中抽取160例,共制作160株大肠埃希菌标本,根据双盲、随机原则,将其分为观察组与对照组,各80例,各组均制作80株大肠埃希菌标本,对照组根据临床经验给予药物治疗,观察组参照微生物检验结果,予以对症用药治疗方式,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,继而探讨微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防和诊断治疗中的临床应用价值。结果观察组治疗前,轻度感染率、中度感染率及重度感染率相较于对照组均无明显差异;经临床治疗后,观察组治疗有效率为100.0%;对照组为90.0%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物检验能够有效提升临床诊疗的临床价值,针对感染性疾病有较强的感染控制效果,有利于促进病原菌监测,强化传播途径的预测分析,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical values of microbiological examination in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of patients with infectious diseases.Methods 160 patients with middle urinary tract infection who were tested in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and a total of 160 Escherichia coli specimens were produced.According to the principle of double-blind and randomization,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 patients in each group.80 Escherichia coli specimens were made in each group.The control group was given medication based on clinical experience.The observation group was given symptomatic medication treatment according to the microbiological test result.The clinical curative effects of patients in the two groups were analyzed,and then the clinical application value of microbiological testing in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases was discussed.Results Before treatment,mild,moderate and severe infection rates in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group.After clinical treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%and that of the control group was 90.0%.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological test can effectively enhance the clinical value of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Microbial testing has a strong infection control effect on infectious diseases,which is conducive to promoting the monitoring of pathogenic bacteria and strengthening the predictive analysis of transmission routes.It is worth promoting.
