摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂联合工作坊教学(FC-Workshop)法在传染专科医院护理风险培训中的效果。方法选取2016年参加南京中医药大学附属南京医院护理风险培训50名护士作为传统组,2017年参加该院护理风险培训的50名护士作为FC-Workshop组。传统组采用传统教学方式,FC-Workshop组采用FC-Workshop培训。比较两组培训效果。结果采用FC-Workshop培训后,FC-Workshop组护士的理论成绩及操作成绩、评判性思维、创新行为、临床护士不良事件风险感知能力、自主学习能力、问题解决能力、学习态度总分、教学方式及学习满意度均显著优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论FC-Workshop可提高护理风险管理能力及评判性思维能力,促进高素质护理队伍建设。
Objective To explore the effect of the flipped classroom combined workshop teaching(FC-Workshop)method in the risk training of infectious hospital nursing.Methods A total of 50 nurses who participated in the nursing risk training of Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016 were selected as the traditional group,and 50 nurses who participated in the nursing risk training of the hospital in 2017 were selected as the FC-Workshop group.The traditional group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the FC-Workshop group adopted FC-Workshop training.The training effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the adoption of FC-Workshop training,the theoretical and operational performance,critical thinking,innovative behavior,risk perception of adverse events,autonomous learning ability,problem solving ability,total score of learning attitude,teaching method and learning satisfaction of the nurses in the FC-Workshop group were significantly better than those of the traditional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions FC-Workshop can improve nursing risk management ability and critical thinking ability,and promote the construction of high-quality nursing team.
