摘要
目的探讨以核心能力为理论框架的培训对手术室护士评判性思维能力的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年12月该院参加手术室专科护士培训的人员40名作为研究对象。比较分析培训人员培训前后手术室理论和操作技能成绩,核心能力评分以及评判性思维评分的变化情况。结果与培训前比较,培训后理论考核中基础护理知识和手术室专业护理知识得分、基础护理操作和模拟手术环境操作得分、核心能力各维度评分及总分、评判性思维各维度评分及总分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论以核心能力为理论框架的培训对于手术室护士核心能力及评判性思维的提高具有积极的促进作用,为手术室护理质量的提高奠定了良好的基础。
Objective To probe into the effect of training with core competence as the theoretical framework on the critical thinking ability of operating room nurses.Methods Froni October 2017 to December 2018,40 nurses from the hospital who participated in the training of specialist nurses in the operating room were selected as research ol)-jects.The results of operating room theory and operational skills,core competence scores and critical thinking scores before and after training were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with before the training,scores of basic nursing knowledge and operating room professional nursing knowledge,scores of basic nursing operation and simulated operation environment,scores and total scores of each dimension of core competence,scores and total scores of each dimension of critical thinking were significantly improved in the theoretical assessment after the training,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The training with core competence as the theoretical framework has a positive promoting effect on the improvement of core competence and critical thinking of operating room nurses and lays a good foundation for the improvement of operating room nursing quality.
