摘要
目的 探讨高龄患者永久心脏起搏器治疗中舒适护理对其并发症发生率的影响。方法 选择2017年8月至2018年8月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院行永久性心脏起搏器植入术的高龄患者66例为研究对象,以随机抽样方式,按入院先后顺序,将符合研究入组条件的患者进行编号并随机分组,单号33例患者纳入对照组,双号33例患者纳入研究组。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施舒适护理。比较两组患者护理干预前后焦虑抑郁状况、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);心脏起搏器植入手术后、护理干预后,两组患者心理状态均明显改善,且研究组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般身体状况、精力评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 舒适护理在高龄患者永久心脏起搏器治疗中实施效果显著,能够有效降低并发症发生率,促进患者心理状态、生活质量改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on the complication rate of permanent cardiac pacemaker in elderly patients.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients who met the requirements of the study were numbered and randomly grouped by random sampling according to the order of admission,33 patients with single number were enrolled in the control group and 33 patients with double number were enrolled in the study group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the study group received comfortable nursing.Anxiety and depression,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After cardiac pacemaker implantation and nursing intervention,the psychological state of patients in both groups was significantly improved,and the improvement in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PF,RP,BP,GH and VT in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with permanent cardi?ac pacemaker,which can effectively reduce the complication rate and promote the improvement of patientsz psychological state and quality of life.
