摘要
聚酰亚胺材料具有十分优异的耐高温性、力学性能、电学性能、疏水性能、耐溶剂性等,被认为是新世纪综合性能最好的几种材料之一,同时被广泛的应用于电子电器、航天航空,军工机械等领域,有着举足轻重的地位。本文详细的阐述了聚酰亚胺材料在电子电器领域的发展概况、制备工艺以及应用。
Polyimide materials with excellent high temperature resistance,mechanical properties,electrical properties,hydrophobic properties and solvent resistance were considered to be one of the best comprehensive properties of several materials in the new century,and were widely used in electronic and electrical appliances.In aerospace,military machinery and other fields,they had a pivotal position.In this paper,the development of polyimide materials in the field of electronic and electrical appliances and the practical application of related materials in the field of electronic and electrical appliances were described in detail.
