轮状病毒肠炎患儿外周血调节性和辅助性T淋巴细胞以及相关炎症因子的表达水平 被引量:16

Expression levels of regulatory T lymphocyte,T helper lymphocyte and relevant inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of children with rotavirus enteritis

摘要 目的探讨轮状病毒肠炎患儿外周血调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)、辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)17和相关炎症因子的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取64例轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究组,60例健康儿童作为对照组。采用流式细胞仪检测所有受试儿童Treg和Th17水平,酶联免疫吸附法检测相关炎症因子水平。比较两组Treg和Th17水平,并分析研究组以上指标水平与相关炎症因子水平的相关性。结果研究组血清Treg水平低于对照组,而血清Th17、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-6、IL-17、γ干扰素、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组中,Treg水平与IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、γ干扰素、TGF-β水平均呈负相关(均P<0.05),而Th17水平与IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、γ干扰素、TGF-β水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论轮状病毒肠炎患儿外周血Treg降低而Th17升高,可能与相关炎性因子水平上调有关;Treg/Th17比例失衡可能在轮状病毒肠炎发病中有着重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of regulatory T lymphocyte(Treg),helpeRT lymphocyte(Th)17 and relevant inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods Sixty-fouRchildren with rotavirus enteritis were selected as study group and 60 healthy children as control group.Treg and Th17 levels were detected by flow cytometry in all subjects,and relevant inflammatory factors were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Treg and Th17 levels were compared between the two groups,and the correlation of the levels of the indicators mentioned above with relevant inflammatory factors levels was analyzed in the study group.Results Compared with the control group,the study group processed loweRserum Treg level,but higheRlevels of serum Th17,interleukin(IL)-4,IL-6,IL-17,interferonγand transforming growth factoRβ(TGF-β)(all P<0.05).In the study group,Treg level negatively correlated with IL-4,IL-6,IL-17,interferonγ,and TGF-βlevels(all P<0.05),whereas Th17 levels positively correlated with IL-4,IL-6,IL-17,interferonγ,and TGF-βlevels(all P<0.05).Conclusion Reduction of Treg and elevation of Th17 in peripheral blood is observed in the children with rotavirus enteritis,which may be related to the up-regulation of relevant inflammatory factors levels;Treg/Th17 imbalance may play an important role in the occurrence of rotavirus enteritis.
