摘要
本文结合一键顺控操作技术要求,对目前市场上存在高压隔离开关分合闸位置"双确认"方法进行了探讨,分析了其检测原理、使用范围及应用优缺点。针对敞开式隔离开关、组合电器隔离开关等不同开关传动特点和产品结构特点,剖析了不同产品应采用不同的分合闸位置"双确认"检测技术,提出了一种隔离开关位置复合型检测方法。最后提出了隔离开关位置"双确认"系统设计时应从综合可靠性、运维便捷性、适用性、成本、技术成熟度等因素考虑的原则。
In this paper, combined with the technical requirements of one-key control, the "double confirmation" method of the position of the high voltage isolation switch is discussed, and its detection principle, range of use, and advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Aiming at the characteristics of different switch drive and product structure such as open isolation switch and combination electrical isolation switch, this paper analyzes that different products should adopt different "double confirmation" detection technology of separation gate position, and puts forward a composite detection method of isolation switch position. Finally, the principle of comprehensive reliability, operational convenience, applicability, cost and technical maturity should be considered in designing the system of "double confirmation" of the isolation switch position.
