摘要 以韩咀煤矿32111工作面为例,研究倾角综采面开切眼内运输轨道布置、刮板输送机的安装、液压支架的运输安装及防倾倒技术、采煤机机窝的布置及采煤机的安装技术。通过与现场实践的结合,优化安装技术,加快综采面设备安装速度,确保工程质量,总结出一套完整的综采面安装施工技术和经验。 The 32111 working face of Hanzui Coal Mine was taken as an example,the layout of the transport track in the open cut of the inclined fully-mechanized mining face,the installation of the scraper conveyor,the transportation installation of the hydraulic support and anti-dumping technology,the layout of the coal mining machine socket and shearer installation technology were studied.Through the combination with on-site practice,the installation technology was optimized,the equipment installation speed of the fully mechanized mining face was accelerated,the engineering quality was ensured,and a complete set of construction technology and experience of the fully mechanized face installation were summarized.
