轴向柱塞双联泵中间体动力学特性及结构强度校核分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过对轴向柱塞双联泵中间体与前泵大法兰盘、后泵端盖、传动轴、斜盘座及内部流道压力油之间的动力学特性的分析,对传递作用在中间体上的力及转矩理论计算公式进行了推导,建立了某型轴向柱塞双联泵的中间体有限元模型,以基于推导的理论公式计算得到的中间体作用载荷作为边界条件,在高速重载满排量工况下对其结构强度进行了数值计算求解。解析结果表明,其结构强度薄弱环节集中分布在排油腔处且已达到屈服极限,解析结果为中间体的进一步优化设计奠定了基础。相关推导得到的理论公式及分析方法,可以为轴向柱塞双联泵这种复杂结构中间体的优化设计与强度校核分析提供指导和参考。 Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics between the intermediate of the pump and the pressure oil within the flow passage of housing,the large flange of the front pump,the end cap of the rear pump,the driving shaft,as well as the swash plate seat,the theoretical formulas for calculating the force and torque acting on the intermediate are derived,and the finite element model for the intermediate of a certain type of axial piston tandem double pump is established.In the model,the load calculated based on the deduced theoretical formula is taken as the boundary conditions,and its structural strength is calculated numerically under the operating condition of high speed,heavy load and full displacement.The analytical results show that the weak links of structural strength are concentrated in the oil discharge chamber and it already reaches its yield limit.The analytical results laid the foundation for the further optimization design of the intermediate.The theoretical formulas and analysis methods deduced can provide guidance and reference for the optimization design and strength check analysis of the intermediate of the axial piston tandem double pump.
