摘要
2018年5—9月,分别在茂兰自然保护区周边选择灌木林、藤刺灌丛和灌草丛3种生境,设置样地30个,采用巴氏罐诱法对不同生境下地表甲虫群落组成和多样性开展了调查。结果表明:共采集标本1007号,隶属20科。其中,隐翅虫科、粪金龟科、金龟科和叩甲科的地表甲虫个体数量相对较多,分别占个体总数的30.59%、24.43%、11.82%和11.52%,为该区域地表甲虫的优势类群;地表甲虫群落的物种多样性分析表明,隐翅虫科个体数量在灌木林中较高,粪金龟科个体数在灌草丛中较高;物种多样性指数,均匀度指数和物种丰富度指数分布都比较均匀,在灌木林中物种多样性指数和均匀度指数相对较高,物种丰富度指数以藤刺灌丛较低;相似性指数为中等不相似水平;说明影响地表甲虫物种多样性的分布主要是放牧、人为干扰及生境环境。
The community structure and diversity of ground-dwelling beetles in three habitats,shrubbery,vineshrub and shrub-grassland,are surveyed from May to September in 2018。We chose 30 samples,and barber trap was employed。Totally 20 beetle families were found in the 1007 captured specimens。Staphylinidae、Geotrupidae、Scarabaeidae and Elateridae were the dominant groups accounting for 30.59%,24.43%,11.82%and 11.52%of the total comes。Shrubbery showed relatively higher abundance than the other habitats when we considered all beetles together,or Staphylinidae only;Geotrupidae was get more abundant in shrub-grassland。There were no remarkable difference to be found in the values of species diversity(H′),evenness(J)and richness(S),comparisons were made be tween the three habitats,when the shrubbery showed a relative high value of species diversity and evenness,while vine-shrub had the lowest value of richness。There were almost remarkable difference in the value of similarity be tween the three habitats。Based on these results,grazing、man-made disturb and distruction of habitats may influ ence the natural patterns of changes of litter-layer beetle diversity in the studied region。
