摘要
对某汽车杆式半轴中频淬火裂纹进行化学成分分析、宏微观断口分析、显微组织分析及感应淬火有效硬化层分析。结果表明,该裂纹主要由于汽车杆式半轴材料中存在有聚集性分布的非金属夹杂物和淬火应力引起的,并提出合理而有效地预防措施。
After analysis of medium frequency quenching crack of automobile rod semi-shaft,analysis of macro-micro fracture,analysis of micro structure and analysis of effective hardening layer of induction quenching,it turns out that quenching cracking is caused by aggregated non-met-alic inclusions in the material and quenching stress.Finally,the effective preventive measures are put forward.
