摘要
为分析往复荷载对管道承插式柔性接口力学性能的影响,对DN150、DN200球墨铸铁管承插式柔性接口进行了逐级往复加载试验。试验结果表明:随着加载速率增大,轴向峰值拉力越大,且对应的轴向峰值变形为29~32 mm;相同速率下管径与轴向拉力正相关;两种管径每个等级的滞回曲线饱满且基本重合,表明柔性接口具有良好的力恢复特性,管径越大接口能耗越多,管径越大其抗震性能越好。
In order to analyze the influence of reciprocating load on the mechanical properties of spigot and socket flexible joints of pipes,the experiments on spigot and socket flexible joints of DN150 and DN200 ductile iron pipes were carried out.The results show that the axial peak tension increases with the increase of loading rate,and the corresponding axial peak deformation is in the range of 29~32 mm.At the same speed,the diameter of pipe is positively related to the axial tension.The hysteresis curves of the two diameters are full and basically coincide with each other,which indicates that the flexible interface has good restoring force characteristics.The larger the pipe diameter,the more energy consumption of the interface.
