摘要
建设新型森林防火体系的重要性主要体现在能够充分满足林业发展需求,能够充分保障天然林业资源的可持续发展,能够实现生态系统的平衡发展。新型森林防火体系建设原则主要包括预防原则、均衡局部原则、责任制原则。建设新型森林防火体系的途径主要有逐层落实、严格执法、加强宣传教育、培养防范意识、控制火源、强调预防、构建新型生物防火林带等。
The importance of building a new type of forest fire prevention system lies in that it can fully meet the needs of forestry development,can fully guarantee the sustainable development of natural forestry resources,and can realize the balanced development of the ecosystem.The construction principles of new forest fire prevention system mainly include prevention principle,balanced partial principle and responsibility system principle.The main ways to build a new forest fire prevention system are to implement it layer by layer,strictly enforce the law,strengthen publicity and education,cultivate awareness of prevention,control fire sources,emphasize prevention,build a new biological fire prevention forest belt and so on.
