摘要
利用UG对机翼和不同安放位置的螺旋桨进行三维建模,通过ICEM前处理软件生成更高质量的仿真网格,运用Fluent仿真软件,采用MRF方法,使用S-A湍流模型对螺旋桨安放不同位置下机翼气动特性的影响进行对比和研究。结果表明,螺旋桨的存在改变了机翼表面的压力分布,会对升阻力、零攻角力矩有一定影响,这种影响随攻角增大而变得显著,最后获得合适的螺旋桨安放位置及相应安放位置下的机翼气动特性。
Three-dimensional modeling of wings and propellers at different positions are performed with UG.The higher qualify simulation grid is generated by means of ICEM pre-processing software.The effects of different positions of propeller on wing aerodynamic characteristics are compared and researched by means of Fluent simulation software,MRF method and S-A turbulence model.The results show that the existence of the propeller changes the pressure distribution on the wing surface,which has certain influence on the lift,drag and the force moment of zero angle of attack,which becomes significant with the increase of the angle of attack.Finally,the appropriate propeller emplacement position and aerodynamic characteristics of the wing at the corresponding emplacement position are obtained.
