摘要
介绍AVAGO公司高精度线性模拟光耦器件ACPL-C87B的原理,提出一种应用于故障录波器模拟信号采集的隔离采样电路设计方案,采用输入/输出和电源三端隔离和直流偏置电压的方法,完成高精度隔离采样电路的设计,通过简单的电阻匹配来适用于直流、交流、电压和电流等多种输入信号,解决常用方案存在的价格高、易损坏的缺点。通过搭建隔离采样电路并对测试结果进行精确性分析,表明该电路可适用于多种信号输入,而且精度可以优于0.5%。
An isolated sampling circuit design scheme for analog signal acquisition of fault recorder is proposed by introducing the principle of ACPL-C87B,a high precision linear analog optocoupler made by AVAGO Company.The design of high-precision isolated sampling circuit is completed by means of the method of three-terminal isolation of input,output and power supply and DC bias voltage.The simple resistance matching is suitable for DC,AC,voltage,current and other input signals,which solve the high price and easy damage in the common used schemes.The isolated sampling circuit was built and the precision of the testing results were analyzed.It is shown that the circuit can be suitable for multiple signal inputs,of which the accuracy is better than 0.5%.
