摘要
为推进河长制工作以及响应长三角一体化发展的需要,本文针对上海市金山区辖区内省市界河从水资源、水域岸线、水污染、水环境、水生态以及河道保护6个方面开展调查研究。根据调查所发现的主要问题结合金山区现状情况与相关规划,提出建议与整改措施,以期为后续其他省市开展跨界河道“一河一策”的编制提供参考。
In order to promote the work of the river chief system and respond to the needs of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,this paper conducts investigations and studies on the provincial and municipal boundary rivers within the jurisdiction of Jinshan District of Shanghai from six aspects:water resources,water coastline,water pollution,water environment,water ecology and river channel protection.According to the main problems found in the investigation,combined with the current situation and relevant planning of Jinshan District,suggestions and corrective measures are put forward,so as to provide reference for other provinces and cities to carry out the compilation of“one policy for one river”for cross-border rivers.
