摘要
由新型冠状病毒感染引起的肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)属于中医“疫病”范畴,自疫情暴发以来,国家卫生健康委员会及中医药管理局相继颁布多版《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》,要求中医积极参与到新冠肺炎救治和预防工作中。各省及自治区卫生健康委员会及三级甲等医院纷纷响应国家卫生健康委员会号召,先后制定并发布符合本地区的中医诊疗方案。诸多中医名家也陆续发表对本次疫情的诊治思路及防治建议。现从“心”的角度,简述“心”在疫病传变和辨治中的重要性,以期为中医抗疫提供思路。
Corona virus disease(COVID-19)belongs to the category of"epidemic disease"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine have promulgated a series of updated editions of Clinical Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of COVID-19.TCM has been listed as one of therapeutic modalities to prevent and treat COVID-19.In response to the calls of National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China,provincial and autonomous regional health committees and GradeⅢLevel A hospitals have formulated and issued TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines based on local situations.Many well-known TCM experts have also published their comments and suggestions on the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of COVID-19.To help better understand the therapeutic advantages of TCM-guided treatment in controlling epidemic diseases,this review discusses the importance of"heart"in the progression and syndrome differentiation of epidemic diseases from the perspective of TCM.
